Help with next possibly mod to my car please.

well never paid to much attention to his screen name and his pic in his avatar is small, figured he had a ex or something..

but no some SI's came with a factory Rear Lip. Get a factor rear lip for it..

but if you want to make good power out of those b16's without spending to much money, just turbo it..thats your best bet and you will make more power doing that instead of going n/a way.

didnt know about the rear lip. so that looks like a plan. and how do yougo about saying that turboing it isnt that much money? is there a goo place to buy turbo kits? or places to buy turbo parts?

its called piecing together your own kit, with name brand parts. You can buy used or new parts that are name brand. As long as the used parts are in great shape you won't have any problems.

I bought most of my kit together and it was all used, but everything said and done I only have $1,700 into mine and runs amazing for what it is on 8psi.

Thats your best bet with the most performance on a b16. You'll spend more money on ITB's and trying to get them tuned and make no power than you will piecing together your own turbo kit making 250-275ish whp on 8 to 10psi.

Also search around like i did, a lot of ppl sell there basically full pieced together kit for $1500 or so bucks.

sounds good man, post up an intro n few pics of ride as well..we have like 3 missouri ppl on em1crew lol we need more!!

but good brands to look for is: Tial, Greddy, Apexi, JG, Full Race, MasterPower, Garrett, syapse, love fab, spooling per, afi, theres tons more out there, but thats just to give you a start on looking. Most these brands make everything from wastegates to turbos to intercoolers to everything etc.

lol. well im the 4th from around here then. i havent heard of half of those brands but im going to research all their stuff. thanks for all the help.

this thread is ghey...... why dont you just search and figure out what you want to do on your own and stop relying other people to tell you what to do with your car. Just a suggestion

who else is on em1crew from the stl area? I only knew of 2 from down here b/c i got them on em1crew, but they have sold there cars since then and now don't get on.
