unfortunate update:

Driving home, after a terrible day of giving a 3 hours presentation to some army soldiers, I was driving my normal way home (Transmountain highway). It was raining all day and i didnt think anything of it. However, at the top of the pass, there is a huge rock cut they had to make when they built the highway. Well, there were a ton of rocks on the road and a ton of traffic. I couldnt get out of the way of the rocks and I destroyed the oil pain prety bad-huge gent and it fucked the gasket. I got her home fine-probably lost 1/2 quart of oil, but now she is on jack stands. :wall:

I will post pics of the carnage soon.

I already lined up an oil pan to pick up tomorrow. so then i will tear her apart. Hmmmm maybe buy a new header too?

Ouch man that sucks big time but the car looks good.

Update

Well, i scored an oil pan from an add i put in Craigslist. I tore her apart today and it was pretty easy-no seized bolts (not even on the header!). all put together and everything is good again :PDT_ura:

thread alive!

Long time no talk here but i just wanted to update you on the EF. I found some stock headlights at the pnp in st louis while i was there for my deployment training. I shipped them home so now i have a little STL on my EF

I have put a bra on the car as well as the new headlights/corners (amber corners and bumpers are on their way however) along with repainting the door window trim and the wiper arms.
