Thought since there were a few of you who rode on here that I would start a little build thread. This thread will by no means move fast, I prolly buy a part every week for it (every payday).

Anyway, here is a list of stuff I have to start with:

1. 2003 Haro Mirra 540 air (im the OG owner from 03 woot woot!)
2. Sun Ultra Lite Front Rim 36H 3/8" axle

EDIT: NEW BUILD IS ON THE FLY FRAME

The frame was originaly a park/vert bike. It had a gyro and pegs on all ends, i decided back in the day that after I bought it I wanted a trails bike. So I removed the gyro and grinded down the mounts. I also painted it white.

The wheels I had for another bike before the Haro (like 7 years ago) they were for my race bike that I took to brighton bmx every now-and-then. I have a front and back but im only using the front. Since they are both 3/8" axles Ill just use the front and Ill have to use a different rim with a 14mm axle on the rear.

Yep thats all I got, I regretably sold my good stuff to Nate.

looks like it'll be sweet.

i ran a sealed poverty bb a couple years ago without problems. my frame now has a euro bb though and i run profile cranks/bb. as for the headset. i run a fsa pig sealed. its been problem free for a long time. im actually on my 3rd set of forks with it.

remove the eastern parts from your list.... especially the 9er, Nat X has had nothing but problems with his, he popped tubes nearly every time we rode this summer

Got a nice parts build there, will turn out real nice!! A little curious though, why you painted(powdercoated) the headset cups? I wouldnt mind finding a nice bmx for the hell of it, but I wouldnt know where to start. Plus I have to much other bike crap going on, like my new mtb im getting ready to build, i will put it up when I get it in..

ya I remember him saying something about that, I might just change the wheel, everything else though I'll keep on the list. I never had problems from eastern in the past.

I didnt feel like taping it off or messing with it so I just painted it, Ill have other parts that are black to acsent the whited' out bike

How bout passing cars down a hill in skinny jeans with no brakes and bunny hopping threw half the intersections (bit of a leap) for fun?

I still got all your "good stuff" and we can work some stuff out to get it ridable. Stuff like seat, bars, stem, seat post, seat clamp, tires, fork, ect ect

btw eastern makes 3/8 to 14mm lug adaptors
