recently i have been rocking the white track r's on my ek because the tires on my works were trashed .. horribly i might add, well the week before IA09 i purchased new tires and had them mounted. I took a cpl pics of the tires before i put them on the car and figured i would share the amount of stretch that happens when you mount a 205/50 on a 8" wide wheel.

and on the car

i really prefer the look of the falken-512's on the works when compared to the neo gens that came on the wheels when i got them, BUT since the neo gens had a fatter side wall they gave me better wheel fitment ... so to solve this issue i am ordering extended wheel studs for front and rear and also ordering 15mm spacers for all four corners .. this should give me the look i want on the car again.

currently the wheels are 15x8 +35 and i have 5mm spacers in the back

this is what it used to look like with the old tires

it's weird how a change in brand of tires changed the total look of how flush the wheels are

make sure you have right tire pressure in them when you take them to the track lol

ive been to tyrestretch.com which is a great resource btw but just wondering if i could find some better pics on the car with a decent drop
