elaborate what? the fact that you are incorrect in your statement about agx's or that you have the honda-tech mindset sometimes and if it's not the hater tech way it's junk parts?

josh i have agx's and GC's on both cars and LOVE them , i personally researched every option prior to buying my stuff for both cars and came to the conclusion , that if your not doing ALOT of track time then there is NO reason to buy koni yellows .. there just is not enough of a justifiable gain to spend almost 50.00 MORE a strut

examples

koni yellows 540.00

tokiko illumina's 449.00
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOKICO-I ... ccessories

KYB AGX's 396.00

see thats 150.00 difference for what, and yea i am sure that for track applications there might be a world of difference, but for a mildly dropped car being DD' i personally think the agx's are better , but thats just my opinion

I have agx's on my integra and I like them well enough to not have any complaints. Plus the price is more pleasing :)

Good choice in suspension. I love the function 7, not exactly cheap but a very nice product. And having owned both AGXs and Koni yellows Chris is correct, if your not going to track the car very often the AGXs will work really well. Hell they will work well if you do track the car often. The obvious benefit to the Yellows though is the lifetime guarantee. My AGXs blew after about a year, but the car was pretty low on Eibach drag launches.

how is this not exactly what youre talking about? i dont even have ground controls or koni yellows and youre telling me I have the honda-tech mind set, i have function and form type II's, and i personally resurched every option of FULL coilovers before i bought them, and for the price there was nothing that compared. i love ground controls but youre right im not going to spend almost $500 on shocks when i could get FULL coilovers with wayyy more adjustability, better ride quality because of height adjustably.

that is where i was going, not where you thought i was.

at this point im just looking to stop the fact that my car hops like a bouncy ball at high speeds due to the blown struts in the rear. the AGX's are the easiest fix. and if at a later time I feel the need to upgrade. hey, i can sell my kidney or some other vital organ.

I like the way you think. Should be a solid setup.

thanks, im hoping to see a major difference in the way the car rides. the struts have been blown since i bought it. but the drunk driver put upgrades on hold. so, finally getting the finances to get around to it.
