This is an outline of the BUDGET build of my hatch. If you are looking for a build with "baller" parts and tucked this and shaved that, I won't waste your time and you can go ahead and hit the back button now. Now that we have that out of the way...

At the urging of another member I decided to post this up. The goal is to have a clean looking car to drive down to IA this year, but as many of you know goals are seldom met when it comes to a time line and a car build, esp when you are a broke-ass college student with a kid and a mortgage, but that is neither here nor there. With out further ado here is my hopefully moderately, and I put a strong emphasis on moderately, entertaining build.
Shortly after I got my 96 rusty, I mean Roma, red hatch my friends decided to "modify" it for me. And this is the only pic I have of it when I first got it.

The first thing I did was get the suspension stuff out of the way.

I pulled everything off

I put the tried and true Ground Control and Koni setup on the car, and I love it. It also has teg rear disk, SPC lower control arms, and blox camber kits on both the front and rear. It also has Russel stainless steel brake lines.

Next on the agenda was front brakes and some different wheels to clear the brakes. I did the 11.1 on 4x100 brake setup using ITR calipers and redrilled lude rotors. I also added a 1" MC, put on the front Russel lines, intalled new lower ball joints, did inner and outer tie rod ends, replaced the front wheel bearings, and installed ARP extended wheel studs. All of this was with OEM honda parts with the exception of the inner tie rod ends since I was told they rarely go bad and I didn't order them with everything thing else. So I just got NAPA ones since I didn't want to wait for them.

There will be more to come, I just need to upload some more pics.
