Short bus build thread

So, about a month and a half ago i broke a rod in the short bus and mazda denied the warranty. Not surprising here. After evaluating my options building the motor was more cost effective than finding a replacement motor.Still more pictures i have to post but photobucket was sucking it up today. I will update it when i can add more photos.

Weisco HP 9.5:1 .020 pistons

K1 H beam connecting rods (first set ever made) thanks medieval

ARP head & main studs, FP oil pan baffle and BS delete kit, various other things

what are you power goals for the "DD" now... how much boost do you plan to push and what about fuel, gonna go with the stockers or run larger?

Eh prolly around 400whp...not too much. Boost prolly 19-21psi. Stock fueling is fine with my upgraded FP internals.

Well considering that the probe is part of team jack stands not very well lol. A retard on roller blades is faster!
