Jen / Ymisqt (sp) has an extra C35 at her home in Springfield with low miles for $325 or something. I think that is worth it currently.kra95civic;278982 wrote:noted. c-series isnt that shared with the nsx? so i know shit about j-series & even less about the c-series. it was just a thought. it seams finding out were the leak is would be cheaper then a new motor even @ 262k miles it still has some life in it.
If it was a drop in swap, I'd agree, but that would be almost as difficult I think as trying to use NSX VTEC heads on the standard C35 engine... Next to impossible unless a lot of fabrication goes into it...muha22752;278998 wrote:I say swap it. j35 w/ j32a2 head
Also, think about this...
J swap...
C35 engine... they are 90* of each other.

If I'd go through that much work for a J swap, I'd go ahead and try and swap something with more power than that, but that's me. And after seeing a few write ups. A J32 block with a J35 head works and bolts up, but I'd expect more power out of a swap like that if I did it.
