dude, I'm telling you... that look is EXACTLY what a Honda rat-rod should look like... It is go-fast with an aged patina, while still being import appropriate.

example:
Honda with shitty looking carbon fiber hood = good import rat-rod style.

Honda with red painted steelies, white-walls, and a rusty hood = poser rat-rod style.

see the difference?
