Ya the boot wasn't 2 time consuming... Its different. Would look cooler complimented with a gold mugen shift knob, and a ctr council

24mpg is really bad for a CX... should be getting about 40. O2 sensor? Maybe an injector is sticking open? It's begging for a swap! Don't dis on it, there's a lot of people who would love to have it. It's pretty clean.

what makes it so hards ther is no cel, i mean how can i check to see if the sensor is bad besides black soot all over it?? because when it starts after sittin for while it will have black soot pouring out of the exhaust

Black sooty exhaust... sounds like you're getting way too much fuel for some reason, but you already knew this... You could remove and inspect each spark plug. If you find one covered in carbon deposits, then that cylinder's injector might be bad. Be careful too because I think CX/VX uses a smaller spec injector than most Civics. If all four plugs look fouled, maybe O2 sensor or fuel pressure regulator or I-dunno-what...
