What do u mean? no they didnt "drill" holes, they come that way.

And what did u mean by "Mugen SS"?

when they put that front license plate holder in sometimes they drill holes up top.

and its the short shifter sorry lol

Ahh i see, not sure on the holes, havent got right up on it yet.

But why can only Mugen owners get the short shifter?

Because it's part of the Mugen package. Just like the wheels, spoiler, front bumper and spliters. Only people who own a Mugen Si will be able to buy those specific parts. They actually ask for your VIN if you needed to replace one of those parts to make sure you own a Mugen Si.
