Woo Hoo.....picking up my "new" car Saturday

Post by CleanGSR »

I've been looking for a replacement for my accord that got totalled for awhile and I found it. Saturday I'm picking up my 91 ED6 Hatch, red, completely rust free, and 45,000 original miles. Saturday night after I pick up the car I plan to order Function and Form Coilovers and possibly find a set of HX rims.

That is all....just excited to find a rust free hatch and with such few miles to boot.

A B18C1 :)

Seriously though....I never ran it at the track. All it had done to the engine was an AEM CAI, Comptech Header, Comptech Cat-back and advanced timing (as if that counts...lol).

Edit: Sold the teg in September though.

Yeah, that's the one. I don't mind the standard, just gonna be a lowered commuter car.

The only reason I'm waiting until Saturday is because the guy can't meet me until then. It would be in my garage right now if he was able to meet up again before Saturday.

Thanks man. I'm not going to do much, but it should look pretty nice when I'm done cleaning it up, drop it 2.5-3 inches and throw some gunmetal HX rims on it.

Maybe down the road a boosted B18B but with the mileage I'll just drive it as is for awhile.

Good call. I'm still piling my $ for potential house action but, if I dont end up going that route i'm either getting another del (preferably 95+ and mostly stock) or a crx!! house + garage first i hope

Yeah, house with a garage is nice with the winter months. Sadly, mine will probably get parked outside this winter so my wife can have the garage for the 4 door....since that's our "family car".
