ok tonight's update:

-turbo is fully mounted , plumbed and ready to go
-Intercooler is fully mounted and all the intercooler piping is on mounted and t-bolted
-450cc DSM injectors are in with no leaks.. just have to put the resistors in
-bumper cut to fit intercooler correctly
-BOV hooked up
-oil pan tapped and back on, drainline hooked up, oil changed and ready to go

left to do wire in resistors, hook up boost and oiil pressure gauges, find on temp soft pipe till i get it to htp for on charge pipe and a full downpipe, put a base map on and start it up. also finish cutting the front bumper support reinstall it and put the bumper back on.

once i get the car done i will be getting the charge pipes welded up to eliminate alot of the couplers (it will only be three pipes not 7) then i will be repainting them and finishing alot of the eye candy things of the build but till then this is just to get the kit on the car and get it to htp

Ok and the next update:

well it took me a cpl days with work,personal stuff and a little bit of flooding lol. But i finally got it most of the way done, tomorrow it goes to get the last bit of piping made i need for the turbo to be finished minus tuning and mounting gauges.

but on with the pics

i had to cut the front bumper reinforcement bar to allow the intercooler to fit and still be able to use the bumper supports that go under the headlight.
this is what we started with: (i did this at work since i have a 60gallon compressor there vs my 5gallon at home)

first cut

and bam done

take them home do a little finish trimming and here you go installed and done:

ok that done well then i went to mount up the bumper and ran into a pretty big issue .. basically it did not fit back on with my giant ass intercooler and the current charge pipe set up. I trimmed the pis out of it everywhere i could but it still would not bolt up and fit right .. so i made a small sacrifice and notched out the front of the bumper to allow the chargepiping to show/fit through the bumper to allow the bumper to sit flush again.
And this is what i ended up with:

overall i am very very happy that its all together , the look is pretty good and it kind of fits the cars personality "hood". When i get my new turbo and manifold i will have to redo the piping so at that point i will be buying a new bumper and having the charge pipe made to fit with a uncut bumper .. but for now i like it and it will work just fine ... but lets just say i really don't pull off the sleeper look to well right now LOL

i will post up final pics in a cpl days after i get it back from the shop and get the gauges installed

very similar to the setup I had on my 00 CX! 14b on y7 with a P06. I had Precision 525cc's and it handled 12psi just fine (don't know why the MAP never kicked?). Made 164.x on 8psi at the mobile dyno at NOPI STL.

Car was/is very fun to drive (I don't own it anymore, a friend of mine does).

BTW- Looks good. you're gonna love it.
