The skatepark is Saint louis family church. Its in the valley across from autotire. . . kinda.

i dont know if they are or not, i just was driving by, saw the red brick on the church and thought i would stop by for a few pics, found the skate park when i went further back in to the parking lot, im not obsessed, just want to get better with a camera and that comes with practice and then having someone else look at them and tell me what they think lets me know if im improving or not, i have always loved photography and the more pics i take the better my artistic eye gets.... so feel free to critique away, be as brutally honest as you like

Yes bikes are allowed some nights. Im not sure when though.
