The oil pump on my other b16 was bad and caused it to spin a rod bearing. the low oil pressure light would come on when VTEC engaged then it would disengage. But it seized up 200 miles away. lol. Sucks to hear your having trouble with the car man Good luck.

Any idea what causes the oil to do the grey milk chocalate thing?

well sometimes i just don't know better then to leave things alone ... BUT i figure upgrades are upgrades even it its purly cosmetic
