Coil Overs

Post by HondArab »

I already have shocks and struts and that lowered my car all of an inch, i still want another 2 inch's or so. Im looking at getting coil overs and i just wanted to know how hard these things are to put in before i get them. Any ever put them on them selves?

Are on you the stock springs? If so the hardest part is compressing the springs to remove the bolts, and thats not even that hard.

The hardest part is taking off the old ones, I've heard stories of the springs snapping down after you take the wishbone off and fucking peoples hands/arms up. Other than compressing the spring and making sure you don't kill yourself, its pretty easy.
