So being 49cc's I assume it cant go on the highway.

49cc and under follow the motorized bicycle laws.

-can ride on any street or hwy..but not interstates.
-not required to wear a helmet
-dont need license plates or insurance or anything
-cant go any faster than 30mph on level ground
-must have valid drivers license
-must use hand signals if you have no turn signals
-if it has no headlights or brakelights then you can only ride from dusk to dawn.

if you go over 30mph on level ground or its bigger than 49cc then its classied as a motorcycle and must follow all of those laws.

i know all of this because i use to ride my pocketbike all around town. (real pocketbike, not chinese midbike). it went faster than 30mph though

and i always had to carry the missouri statutes for motorized bicycles because i would always be getting pulled over by cops that dont even know the damn laws and try to give me shit for riding a minature little bike down the road.

i did get ticketed once though for not using hand signals when making a turn haha, i wish someone would have snapped a pic of me pulled over.
