So her insurance finally gets back to me. Turns out she is no longer with that company and hasn't been in a few months. I have two options. I can either go to her house, pull her cunt over her fucking retarded head then gut her like a fish and send the rest of her body to her next of kin. OR I can do it civilly by going through the police and have her cited on numberious violations. Then I can take her to civil court and sue the fuck outta her.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure yet. My lawyer is suppose to let me know in the morning about her life story.

I like number one my self. But I'm trying to control my actions first to make sure I can get her legally. If not, my lawyer will produce all the information I need to know. I'm thinking widespread internet humiliation. Then her job, her family, and whatever else I need to get my point across to her to be a woman and pay the fuck up for her stupidity.

well, same thing happened with my wreck, guy had no insurance. when i talked to my lawyer, the info he told me was that i could take him to court and have him pay, but someone driving without insurance probably doesnt have the extra money to pay you anyways. and really the only thing they can do if they dont pay, is take away his driver's license. now if that was to happen, there is nothing saying that they wouldnt drive without their licence, as they were already driving with no insurance, and still wouldnt have the money to pay you. he also said that most lawyers would not take the case without some kind of up-front payment from the prosecutor, because there is no way to know if they would ever get their money otherwise. and also that it would probably cost the prosecutor more to take them to court than they would get out of the settlement, again, if they even ever got the settlement.

one thing you could do is set up a meeting with her, or have your attorney write her or something, and tell her that you are going to sue her ass for everything she has ever had, has, or will have, if she does not settle out of court. more than likely she doesnt know anything about the situation or what would happen to her if she were to ignore you, and unless she talks to her own lawyer, will most likely agree thinking she is going to have to pay you off for the rest of her life if she doesnt.

Funny you mention that... I'm a woman driver whom has full coverage on all 3 of my cars. Of the two accidents that I've been in, I was not at fault. Had some lady take off my back bumper, when I was living in North Carolina, pulling out of complex parking lot space when I was 18. She was doing 34 in a 15mph area and claims she didn't see me in my black 97 chevy malibu in broad daylight.

When I was 20, I was at a complete stop light. Then once it turned green I proceded to accelerate shifting almost into 2nd gear, going not even 15mph and some woman in a chevy van creams the back of my integra going 48mph when I was living in Florida. She claimed the light was green and I wasn't moving. Well duh... wouldn't that tell you to slow the fuck down?


But anyways... I called her the other day and asked civilly if she had another insurance company she was with and surely enough she gave me the information and I filed my claim. All was kosher. Now I'm waiting for the insurance adjuster of that company to come out and assess the damage.

My ex fiance has also since taken me out to dinner and consoled me. He also offered me to race the red hatchie, instead of him, this coming Import Wars 2 Memorial day weekend in Wisconsin. I might have to decline if my times are inconsistent during the fun runs.

I'm in no way bashing women drivers...I just thought it was ironic at the time while I was reading this thread, that scene was playing..Also, notice both of those accidents weren't your fault but they were of other women. Just thought it was ironic, that's all.

So Finally the insurance adjuster came out and looked at the damage. He totaled it outand said I have two options. He made note of the upgrades I did to it such as the new GSR motor and rims. So I can get $5k and pay $500 to reclaim the car. Or if she contests, I would get the kelly blue book value of $2300 and reclaim it for $200. Now I'm waiting on the check to be cut pretty much.

So I got tired of waiting around for the check to come in.



I had the one piece projectors laying around for 4 years since my first hatchie was stolen/burnt and I recovered some parts and the motor that's currently in my red hatchie. So I slapped on the projectors and it looks good as new.
