more details... DX,LX,LXi, SEi? Sedan, hatch, coupe? how much you want to spend? what are you looking to get out of it? the possibilities very widely based on those answers; i started in 3rd gen accords, so I think i can point you in the right direction.

ps- the bottom end can support up to 300hp, so boost would be fun

meh I heard normal swaps for those are H-series and F-series. Possibly look for something of that sort.
94 Civic Coupe Ej1 "Burt"
DDMTuning/PIC/Function and Form/ASR/Blox...

there are no 'normal' swaps for those cars, the most common I have seen are b-series swaps or the JDM accord b20 (the ones specific to the 3rd gen accords over there, NOT the prelude ones)
when I owned mine, I only heard of one successful h22 swap, and never even heard anyone attempt an f-series... might as well stick with the 'bulletproof' a20 and boost it, or source the jdm b20 (which is 160hp, and a direct bolt-in)

stock motors are easy:
DX and LX have the carburated a20a1
LXi and SEi have fuel injected a20a3's. the difference between the SEi and LXi is mainly in 'extras' IE the SEi has leather, rear disc brakes, Bose sound system (with factory amp), and cupholders.

suspension is a bitch, very tough to get good stuff unless you want to shell out a good chunk of cash.
when you get it post pics and info, I can help more.
also check out www.3geez.com <- that site is the shit for 3rd gen accord info.

oh, and sleepy eyes on the accords is pointless... the bulbs are fixed to the flip lights, so if you do the sleepy eyes they just point down on the bumper and you won't be able to see shit... so you'd need them to be adjustable if you do it, so that you would be able to bring them all the way up for driving.

I'm with spork, boost it.
It's a cast iron block so lots of fun there !
Doing a CRV motor swap would be fun too in my opinon.

ok i know u've told me this before but im guessing my best bets on boosting my a20a1 is lookin online for a turbo and shit.... and what b20 are you talking about the that puts out 160hp the only ones ive seen specs only go up to:
B20Z 2.0 16V DOHC VTEC PGM-FI 1997 146hp@6400rpm 143tq@4500rpm '98-'01 CR-V (USA) ... mabey im just not seeing the JDM versions.... and i guess also that boosting would be my best sets because of my cash scarcity and the greater possibility of me doin it,
NO MNKY BIZ!!!
