Noob suspension question
So, when you guys lower your cars, do you do a full camber kit as well? If not, how badly worn are your tires after a few thousand miles?

Noob suspension question
After about 6K miles of wear on mine. I notice maybe a 1-2mm difference from side to side of each tire. I have maybe a (2in drop in the front and 2.5in in the back ?)RSXSLVR79;27212 wrote:So, when you guys lower your cars, do you do a full camber kit as well? If you have the extra money go for it. It will cost less than $200 for the kit.

Noob suspension question
im lowered 1.7 f/r and when i when i checked my alignment, it was still in spec, but it can still war unevenly though it is in spec. i would say, depending on how much you lower it. if you are going more than 2 inches, i would say get a camber kit. unless you are totally anal, then just get one anyway.

yea depending how low of a drop is..camber is very good!
like on my kyb agx shocks they rate the shocks at no lower than 1.5drop, and you must install a camber kit if you want the warranity valvid..so i got a camber under 200..
I got a camber when I drop my car 1.7F and 1.5R
REMEMBER when you still new suspension get an aligment right away, don't wait a week like me! haha ...half to get new front tires now....

A have almost a 2inch drop on my hatch, never did a camber kit so now 3 months later the wires are showing on the insides of my front tires.... I would suggest camber kit if you dont want to be replacing tires!
