Wait, so liking body kits of any kind makes you a ricer? Hm, sounds like somebody's pretty ignorant. I'd say this bumper is too extreme for street use, but you can't bash every body kit blindly.
There's a far cry between a shitty plastic knock-off and a quality piece from someone like C-West or J's. Sure, lip kits will always be clean and simple looking, and they look great! But seriously, don't let the words "body kit" trick you into instantly thinking "rice." Besides, whenever somebody sees a 240 with a clean kit, they drool all over it.
So, let me get this straight. If you put an Origin kit on a 240, you're an uber JDM drifter. But if you put a similar kit on a Honda, you're a ricer? It's that type of thinking that's fucking up the scene.

comeon now, lets be realstic, not a single person on here will ever notice the affects of carbon canards mounted on their c=west bumper.4Door;63400 wrote:not sure how accurate this statement is but, i seem to recall that areo diffusers and wings start to function around 45-55 mph... i know you really don't need much speed for it to begin working, however, the peak of performance is prolly closer to 100+ mph...:auto:
that is ruthless. i in no way support ricerism!!!!!!!!!!!SilverStreak;63508 wrote:Thanks for the new signature...
for real though, ive you have the performance to back p the aggresive looks of your car, you can do whatever you want to it and not get hasseled because all the shit talkers will be left in the dust. and obviously jessi has the performance to back up an aggresive body kit.:boxer:

Yes, in my opinion, if you have a body kit on your Honda, your a ricer. Knock-Off or J's Racing, it doesn't matter. Bodykits are ricer accessory #74. God, all you Honda-Tech leg humpers would buy a bag of shit as long as it says Mugen or Spoon on it. Come on, whats wrong with the stock bumper? If your having problems with the cooling system in your car, I think you have other things to worry about besides a bumper. Its people like you guys that ruin the reputation of Honda owners by going around and saying bodykits add horsepower. Fucking ricers. Get a clue.

Please tell me where I said body kits add horsepower, I'd really love to know.
And for the record, I can count my trips to H-T on one hand, smartass.

Thanks, lol. But the more showy type of bodykits just aren't my taste, A-Spec or ITR is about as far as I will go.bildo16;63581 wrote:and obviously jessi has the performance to back up an aggresive body kit.:boxer:
Although I somewhat agree with you, we need to be more careful when loosely throwing around the term bodykit, you can't be so stereotypical. There is a big difference between OEM optional "bodykits" such as the A-Spec or HFP kit and the more ricey ones such as the Blitz or Aggressor kits...SilverStreak;63592 wrote:Yes, in my opinion, if you have a body kit on your Honda, your a ricer. I would hope that everyone on this website knows that a body kit will not add horsepower, I don't think that should be apart of this discussion any longer, although certern designs might make your car more efficient and "gain" horsepower that way when horsepower may be robbed by heat or other forces...dubbs;63596 wrote:Please tell me where I said body kits add horsepower, I'd really love to know.
