As promised... better pics of the new 'toy'

Post by Spork »

It's an '83 Spider Veloce. Some friends of the family don't have any place to store it, so they needed to get rid of it and gave us "an offer that we can't refuse". It needs some basic maintenance and some tlc, but I don't plan on ever making it "perfect", just a fun weekend driver.

needs: plugs, wires, an oil change, fuel injectors cleaned/replaced, rear-end flushed(and troubleshoot the leak in it), and there is a hole in the exhaust that needs fixed. Beyond that I only want to reupholster the seats and replace the audio equipment with some more modern pieces. then I'm done.

what do you think :D

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

yeah, they are.... but I really want to get the leather redone and get rid of those wool covers. I mean seriously, who puts thick wool seat covers in a convertible here?

that thing is a classic! I like how the shifter kind of comes out of the dash-somewhat like an ep3 (the only cool feature on the ep3 IMO)

I have a CRX for that

hopefully it will see teh streets and make it out before it gets too cold. I have to wait until september to register it (no emissions), but after that I want to be driving it all the time.
