Boostfed CL9 Swapped DC5 tuned by Lowe Performance

Things are being accomplished;

Tuned by John Lowe, 9 psi spring but only pushing 7.5 psi, also on only 91 octane. I'm usually against getting anything done at shops in the area just because of their reputations but I really trust these guys.

John, feel free to chime in if i am missing anything.
