Xtremesq's S2000+oil problem=sad results

All we know is that something happened with the oil and then it caught fire and here are pics. We are currently trying to decide what to do right now and unfortunately it wasnt under full coverage.

Thanks Andy, I just hope something happens where we can fix it or part it out and get some money out of it. I also hope that St.Charles doesnt bug us bc its outside under a car cover. When we figure out what ere gonna do ill let everyone know.

Sorry to hear that AJ. I'm sure what happened is that the oil filter came off (wasn't on tight enough) and caught fire on the header. It's happened before to other S2K owners.

Thanks guys and yea we are parting her out. We found out that some of the stuff inside the car is worth some good money. So well see what happens. But my mom will be buying another Honda. We dont know yet what but it will be a Honda.
