i am currently doing some work on chris's car and figured i would post up some pics of the progress so far.

work being done:
z6 head install (previous JDM d15b head had a bent valve)
wire up vtec (car is a dx so no factory vtec wiring)
vafc install
water pump
timing belt
fix driver side motor mount
swap front and rear bumpers
remove 2 wheels stuck on car due to no lock removal tool

pics from yesterday and today

pulled the d15b head

correctly installed motor mount

new head gasket sprayed with copper gasket sealer

Z6 head installed with head studs

valve cover installed and finish hooking up all the wiring

ok motor fully back together minus airfilter lol and it RUNs

ok thats as far as i got tonight, motor euns has a cam timing issue so the idle is poor but it runs and revs up, going to swap cam gears tommorrow and retime it so it should fix the idle issue then on to the rest of the project

works for me , it was funny i was sitting here uploading the pics and suddenly had a craving for a snack and could not remeber where i left thoses till i looked at the pics lololol

List of stuff to also be done when Chris gets finished.
Install ignition
2000 Si's and tires put on
install lowering springs
install header
install short shifter
replace pass door and side skirt with one I have for it
Convert pass door from power to manual
Pull 2 small dents that somehow got in the roof
Paint or replace hood, paint front bumper and buff the rest of the car
Replace front seats...not sure with what yet...
My goal is to look pretty damn close to my sig by the April 22nd Cruise
I think once it's up and running 100% I'll have to have you do your famous wire tuck job! :biggrin:
