This is what was said. And yes some do take offence to what others say about there car, when they put time and money into it.Reverend;31531 wrote:I don't like anything about the car.
The wheels are too big for the car.
The muffler is a weld-in fart can.
It doesn't look lowered.
The hood & bumper are misaligned.
Its missing door panels and the windshield seal.
It looks like you just got it back as a theft recovery vehicle. Maybe you should have focused on the more important things before trying to modify it.
1.The car may not look lowered but it is, and 90% of all lowered cars do need a caster camber adjustment (I am basing me theory on the pics)
2. Unless i misread this i thought he said he had the door panels he just took them off because of the mirrors, also the same with the windshield trim.
3. What major mods has he done to the car other than rims and getting it lowered?
Take into consideration this is a work in progress, not finishing results.

Ok, lets have some fun...White91Hatch;31695 wrote:this is what was said! First of all IMO when people have negative things to say about someones car they should just keep it to themselves, Like others have said in the past we dont want this site turning into stlsr. Second It may not LOOK lowered but it is, Third What major mods has he done besides lowering it and rims? I mean look at the pic of the front of the car? Can you not see the tires are cambered IN? Any retard will tell you thats going to wear the tires on the inside! Besides that WHAT other areas is the car lacking in?

...But hey, what do WE know!?
I'm still a neighborhood ASSHOLE!

did you just get it painted? If so I can understand why your door panels and mirrors are missing, along with the white compound in the wheel well.
And if they took the bumper off to paint it, which they should have, thenthey really need to realign that stuff up right.

Needs one of these...

Drive it off the edge.

Drive it off the edge.
You might make 100 horsepower per liter, but you dont have enough torque to pull a tampon out of a bucket of grease.

If you really want to we can point out all of the fucked up stuff on your car with ms paint too. or we can grow up and realize thats its a work in progress, in case you all forgot he was over in Iraq serving our country and has only been back for what.. a week? Give him sometime to work out all the bugs that he wants to get rid of. but in the meantime I dont see what the big fuss is about, no wings, ricer lights or bodykits (yeah the muffler could use some work lol). this car is by no means the type that "give stlhondas a bad rep."99BlackHatch;31708 wrote:Ok, lets have some fun...

Actually no, its not. Sure its not everyone's cup of tea, but honestly what can you expect from a honda? no matter what the condition of the car is in its going to be looked down upon by MOST of the people in this country just because of its name. Its a sad truth, but still true, if you are a honda owner that doesn't see this then open you're eyes and get a fucking clue. I would love for this car to sport the stlhondas sticker. this car is the essence of what this site is all about, modifying your honda. even if its not my exact taste work is being done to it because the owner loves the car enough to do so. thats awesome. this site is a local community for people that feel the same way about thier hondas. I dont care what other people think of the site when they see a riced out 747 winged accord with the sticker on the side. its about what the site IS not what it APPEARS to be. If you're so worried about image take that shit to honda-tech, here we dont care, as long as its cool to you. suggestions are more than welcome, but there is no reason to be assholes about it.Reverend;31659 wrote: Its cars like that which give stlhondas a bad rep:
