Nice fab. Custom work is always good in my book, when it is tastefully done. It should look real nice once it is all polished and complete.

thanks man. I guess we're the only ones who appreciate it. On almost every website i posted this on, everyone is like "Why not order prebent piping" lol

IDK, i guess i just love custom one-off stuff. I love being able to see the hard work that went into a car rather than seeing a bunch of stickers with brand names on them.

he probably saved money getting straight pipe rather than mandrel bent....and argon isn't too much. For a 142 CF cylinder its about $.30 per CF.

doing the work is almost always the best part though....who cares if you have to weld a little more.

Rick, I think that's the dumbest thing you've ever said.

Kyle, go ahead and paint it black...if you want to severely decrease the IC's efficiency. Only good way to do it is with anodizing.

hence why i said, it would prolly cost a little bit more. apparently youve never tig'd before. cause if you had, you would know what im talkin about. i guess if the guy who did it for you gave a deal on labor, then go for it, but if you were to pay normal rates, then it probably would have been cheaper to buy mandrel bent pipes.

+1 Why buy it when you can make it. If you make something your self you will like it alot more in the end. O-yeah looks great man good work.
