I'm a die-hard honda guy. Figure I've owned about a dozen, and worked on at least 4 dozen.
Currently, my accord has 312k. My van (99 model Odyssey) has 200k. Both are orig drivetrains. I like to run them to the ground.
If anyone needs help with swaps, I've done several B16s, B18s, D16s (w/ DPFI to MPFI conversions), one F22B dohc to a wagon, and an H22A4 to a 94 EG. I've rebuilt all varieties and flavors of B and D series trannies, including 5th gear swap-outs, and LSD installs.
Heard about this site from a sticker on a car at work, figured I'd come check it out...

Oops, forgot one other Honda engine swap I did... Replaced the F20C short block on an '01 S2000 with spun #4 rod bearing.
(that was about a wk before replacing the engine in a nissan SpecV with the exact same problem).
Neither of those jobs were fun, but it kept me entertained during a period of unemplyment.... :cheers2:

I try. Although I'll be the first to admit I've been out of the scene for about 3.5 yrs. I think I had close to 1000 posts on Honda-tech, and have had an account there for 7 years. It's just been a while since I've logged on. ALso was an active Hondaswap.com member, and CB7tuner.com too.
I'm just trying to de-centralize and get back to a local level. (e.g., stlhondas vs. honda-tech.... craigslist vs ebay)....
I'm alway here to answer questions and lend a wrench when needed. Finally have that 3-car garage I've been wanting for years, just moved into the house last month...:party2:
