the pics are taken in south africa. look at the street signs. we dont have those styles of signs here in the states. e.g.- speed limit.

Yeah its South Africa....we have a lot of crime in our country so dont
be surprised by the barb wire ( its at a highschool ), usually all houses have
electric fences around them.
