I am going to use the factory led in the instrument cluster for the alarm led.
Little did I know that the viper 3203 I bought integrates the led and valet button into the antenna.
So...I the oem led needs a negative input to light up. Is there a channel or wire that will pulse ground when armed? I don't know if I can adjust the ground when armed wire to pulse.....
Let me know if you guys know anything, thanks.

Ground when armed won't flash. superbrightleds sells individual LEDs that automatically flash.

yeah I ended up pulling the antenna apart to trace which wire was for the led. It is the pink wire, and luckily it sends out a ground, which is what I need.Kolk1;294398 wrote:Ground when armed won't flash. superbrightleds sells individual LEDs that automatically flash.
I mean its nice that its condensed into the antenna for installers.....but led/valet on a giant antenna kind of sucks.
I'll have to keep the flashing led in my mind for future stuff....thats a good idea.
