Post pics of your garage!!

Post by Levis2k »

I've had alot of people ask me how big my garage is and I was curious what everyone else's garage looks like. Mine is 1350 sq. ft. and fits 5 cars, a mower, and 4 wheeler comfortably, but have had 6 cars in there. After I'm done building my Hatch, I'm giving 100% of my attention to my garage, and completing it "baller status." Ive been lurking on Luxury 4 play and looked at all the pics of their garages and it has inspired me to build mine to stand out as well. Here's a link to said thread.

Anyway, these are the only pics I have right now of my garage but this weekend Ill get much better pics for you guys and will make a "build thread" as construction of my garage starts.

I work on my cars in a parking lot. *cries and leaves in shame*

No, but I hope you tell me...

I have a 3 car garage at my parents house (fail). I have a decent amount of room to myself (parts and what not) so I like it. I would really like to buy/build my own place soon, but I know that the garage space is going to be a huge factor. I want a 4-6 car garage, 2 or 3 wide, and at least 2 deep. but thats a dearm right now.

I'd be happy with a one car garage. Working on my cars in the middle of the night with a light strapped to my head is weak.

Just finished the walls. Hard to see, but thats a 8 foot long work bench, with a welder, and my tool box at the end, then my helmet/jacket rack. To the left of the full size fridge, is a 4x4 shelf area, and under that is my air compressor. Wood on the front wall is for when I finish the ceiling. Garage was just a shell when I moved in last year, I started by doing epoxy on the floor with blue/black/white flakes, then cleared it, then did 5 sets of 8 foot long lights, then moved over to the walls and cabinets.

Very nice! I hope within the next month to start framing up my walls, insulating them and sheet rocking them. Then the ceiling, but I dont know what Im going to do with that yet. I'll do the floor last, but I dont know what Im going to do there yet either. I was thinking epoxy and clearing it but I want to go fancy and thought about doing something extreme. So many decisions

They offer tons of different colors in epoxy, and different flakes. I almost did a blue thats a little darker than my bike, with a TON of flake(coping somebody elses) but it looked too nice for what I plan on doing with this garage. lol

Kinda like this:

Hard to see in the pics I posted above, but heres a better pic of my floor

Works better if your garage is in decent shape to start out with. Mine was horrible. I spent so much time trying to clean the concrete it was stupid.
