I agree the weighted knobs do make a huge difference! this is a knob I made with the help of my grandfather on his lathe... its made of stainless steel and weighs over a pound and a half!

Compared to the stock s2k knob...

I have always wondered how adding weight to a shift knob would make the shifts feel better. This thread made me get off my ass and order one so i can feel for myself. Granted its only 146 grams, but I hope to feel something

Idk 146 grams is light, I was thinking about a 490. The one my friend had was a 440 and that felt amazing.
Tommy, you know where where you can get one.

Say what? I thought everyone who modded their car at all (even if only window stickers) knew about weighted knobs. Granted I went cheap and bought an ebay one which is 350-400 something. But the Skunk 2 one (tried on my buddies rsx-s) Was soooooo nice.

Something so satisfying about the heavy and clean shifts. (IMO Its easier to slamp throughthe gears with one)
