So, I am at the end of my contract and my work is giving me a business phone. This means I need to reevaluate my cell plan. My current plan is unlimited voice/text/data for about $100 a month(all paid for by my company). When I looked back at my personal use I only talk about 30 min a month, but have alot of data and texts. As it sits right now I am open for any carrier as long as the work in most states in the US.
Any suggestions?

I pay out the ass for AT&T still, only because I still have the full unlimited data, but if i switched I hear the best things about Sprint---- until you leave the metropolitan area. A friend of mine does have Sprint and sure enough we made it not far out of the metro and the thing stayed a paperweight until we got near another large city.
Verizon's LTE is very fast, but I have no idea about coverage.
That all I have for ya.

Yeah I've never met anyone outside the city who has good things to say about Sprint.delslo;289062 wrote:I pay out the ass for AT&T still, only because I still have the full unlimited data, but if i switched I hear the best things about Sprint---- until you leave the metropolitan area. Just picked up a Razr Maxx and you aren't kidding about the LTE speeds! I've gotten pretty good coverage for it too. Most of the areas I've been around here (and while I was just in Austin and College Station, Texas) have had a decent connection.
Pricing is pretty decent as well. I think I'd pay a bit less than you if I were on my own plan (though I only have 4GB data).

Meh, I also pay out the ass for ATT, but I've never had issues with it, and I've been a lot of places in the US. I also have unlimited data, and like 700 minutes a month. I also get a govt employee discount though.

I've had tMobil for years. Their customer service > all

Dito on the AT&T things but like said above I never have issues. I even had service in a lot of the areas in the Mountains out in CO.
Went to 100 Acre woods and my buddy that has sprint and he lost service a lot more than I did.
My work phone is TMobile and there reception is junk! I used to take it out of town with me and i would lose service all the time, also I talk on it while at work driving around and there are tons of areas where I notice that every time I drive through that area I drop calls.
All in all I am not a fan of AT&T's prices but IMHO they are top notch.

i pay $80 a month for my EVO 3D with Sprint...
everything is unlimited except phone calls to LAN lines, i get 450 minutes which is more than enough as i usually only call other cell phones...
i have to check but i think LAN lines are also unlimited if i'm hooked to a WiFi server...

This is odd...I'm an over the road truck driver and I rarely ever lose my signal and drop calls...only when going through very hilly areas in the most rural areas of the country where i doubt anyone would get good service regardless of who their carrier is.getteg;289142 wrote:My work phone is TMobile and there reception is junk!
