If it passes I will cry.
“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

"In the spring you will bloom like your heart through the glass in the back of the ambulance. You turn and you turn and you turn down the street, one more turn, won't you come back to me? And as it turns, the red lights, they were turning into red roses, red roses. Red roses. I'm not giving up." - Steps Ascending by Thursday

Blunts opposing the bill now, there's still a handful of people and companies that support the bill but it's getting some momentum. I honstly don't see it passing because it'll do more harm than good.

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

no matter what the government has to dip their finger into anything good the public has. nothing good can come of this. how would anyone sell things? word of mouth and signs in stores? im sure members of congress use or have used ebay and other internet stores. its like theyre trying to hurt themselves as well. i really dont think itll pass. but now days you never know. look whats in office.

It will also make selling brand name used parts on open forums impossible. It essentially would shut down craigslist also.

It would be easy to shut down any site anywhere that has the ability to openly post. any forum, twitter, facebook, cl, ebay, lifehacker, stltoday, etc

This site could easily be taken down without due process. All it would take is a miss by the wonderful mod staff when a user posts some kind of IP. Granted its less likely that a small site like this would get shut down unless someone reported us.

If it passes I can see a lot of setups as revenge to forum members.

This shows who all supports and opposes the bills, the opposition is gaining some serious ground, I checked it maybe an hour ago and 10 more members oppose it.
