Its weird bc its intermittent lol. If I actually get sleep in the morning I'll take it off and look at it.

Took strut off today and checked it out. I believe the top hat isnt sitting right for a reason. we may have gotten lucky on the left side reinstalling but there is a tab on the top hat that should be lined up with the top of the spring. It is not. So im gonna rent a spring compressor sunday, compress it, and adjust the hat. If that doesnt work then I'll prob head out to see you monday night clay.

Hope i can fix it though lol

so far its not making the noise anymore. the tab was sitting on top of the spring now its sitting right next to it. remember how you seen the hat almost go inside the spring? well thats bc it wasnt lined up right, once i lined it up it seems to sit much better.

so far so good!
