Here is a link to what I understand to be the first and only usdm 96 ITR. Pretty cool stuff but this one is 5 lug and it is the first one ever made so I'm gonna go ahead and say yes it was a dream. Unless people were stealing itr parts in 96 or building replicas but itd be kind of hard with it not being in production yet.
