Brake Dust

Post by MaSSaCrE »

Alright I need some recommendations and help on choosing Rotors\pads for my sol. I just installed the new White 15x7 DR46 on the car and after a 15 mile drive only hitting brakes to stop at lights 3 times to walmart they were very very black on the lips and inner lips already.

Ive known many people with white wheels and they cleaned there wheels every day just to keep clean and stay ahead but id have to wipe and scrub them down every drive just to keep them somewhat good.

Yes ive read through google and read alot, so dont tell me google is my friend.

Thanks everyone!

These are the ones I used on the Mach1, and what both me and my dad use on our Vettes. It's not a true ceramic, but the stopping power when combined with upgraded drilled/slotted rotors is very noticeable.
