Both are small, extremely good, slightly expensive, but won't break the bank. I would recommend getting a reservation though.

Melting Pot and Charlie Gitto's are both good recommendations. City Museum on a Friday or Saturday night will be ok. Maybe you can get a hand or mouth party in the caves.

But seriously, if you want to take her to a real classy place, Hollywood Show Club is pretty awesome, but try PTs too, might be worth it.
