What car/combination should I do?

If you still live with your parents look into buying your own place instead of a new car. Save up your money and buy a foreclosure for cheap. Is the cobalt paid off? If not pay it off before you buy another car no need to go into deeper debt and stress over something that you can't even buy parts for.

Just my 2 cents

Sounds accurate.

I'm talking about getting the stuff in the spring/summer lol.
I can afford to have a DD and a vette but I choose not to.
I dont see any reason to have a DD bc i drive 3 miles to work every day and rarely go out anymore.
I'll probably look for a DD closer to winter months after i get the car though just to play it safe.
once my dad decides on a car to buy, I already told him im buying his truck. that could be my DD for winter

Are you that partial to only trading for a vette? Why not vast your variety, to say S2K, EVO, STI, G8, etc. Just curious on only a vette.

You're all over the map. Get out there and find out what YOU really want.
We can all tell you vette, then you get it and find yourself board with it in 3 months.
I'd love a 240 or any decent rwd platform, but I'm still tossing around a 4x4 idea.
Your making a mockery out of your own passion for cars. Decide yourself.

P.S. I'll vote if the Beretta gets added.

Why would I get bored of it? Lol why does everyone seem to chime in on the retta? I have a friend that said he could sell me his 95 240 for 3000 but I was unsure if I should bc I've always wanted a vette. I'm
Stuck between get a second car(project) or get my dream car.

I'm kind of confused by this thread.

If you have always wanted a Vette, and can afford the Vette, then why don't you get the Vette?

I understand you have other options for cars (I have a few cars at all times that I'm interested in), but it sounds like you want the Vette the most so why are you even considering these? Sounds a bit like in the back of your mind you are unsure that you want to drop the cash on the ZO6? Just throwing it out there.

Anyway, voted for the Vette. Good luck sir.

I really want the vette but I would also love a car to tinker with. thats where im having trouble at. The cobalt isnt horrible but just seems like I could have done better, like keep my monte carlo :(. The part im unsure about is still not having a project to work on. Granted I could always help out with other peoples projects here and there but that doesnt help when i cant just drive the car :P.
I honestly am leaning more towards the vette now that i think about it. maybe next winter I can pick up a DD before it starts to snow, if i get the vette.
thanks for everyones feedback.
No chance in hell will i get a beretta :P.
