I was thinking the same thing but it's a good entry position if someone could stick it out and stay. Pay seems a bit low but I am comparing it to Plaza.

People are THE WORST as Seinfeld said, beg to get hired then slack off and quit or get fired for trying to take advantage of the place.

It's hard to find GOOD help these days. We've been pushing for bigger sales figures and need people that are willing to take hold of their job and get things done. It's not hard work, it's just work, yet some people don't care enough to do it.

It is what it is. I hope you realize that it may appear that we go through a ton of people because A. We've increased our work force, B. A few people have moved on, and most importantly C. I get spiffs for getting people hired AND don't have to work as hard - so OF COURSE any time we are hiring someone I'm going to post ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE trying to get someone in the door whether they last a few weeks or not. Either way, I'm still making bank... theoretically it works in my favor to get people that last just long enough for me to get the first of the referral money then leave, allowing me to rinse and repeat - it pays for A TON of Kraft Mac N Cheese dinners.

Honesty is my best policy. I've had far too many people come in saying their license is clean and then when we do the check it comes up with points or suspended. I don't know why people think that we won't check...

I understand why you put stuff like this up in the forums. I was just making an observation.

$8 an hour, no offence but you get what you pay for. Your not going to get amazing employees for that pay.

+1. Any job is better then no job.
"Another flaw in the human character is that everybody wants to build and nobody wants to do maintenance."
Rollin on 18 wheels all day every day.
94 Honda Accord, the daily- rebuilt F22 VTEC, OBX exhaust, Ractive header, stage 1 clutch, lowered. Temporarily on lease to a friend.
85 Ford F250, the project- 460 big block, now driveable!
