You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

I work for a large non-profit ($75mm budget) doing Quality Assurance and database administration. I didn't go to school for the database part of it, it's just something I picked up.

I work for an answering service called Ansaring.
I answer phone calls for over 400 different companies in the stl region, and some nationwide. There's a good chance when you call a big local business, or lawyers office...youre really talking to me.
And im a dj on the side.

they do not mess around, they have been handing out alot of big fines lately. Depending on soil type and trench length/ width you could have made the hole legal with just a few 4by4 fin boards and a few shores which is only about 100 bucks to rent for a week or so. benching in small trenches is usually never worth the effort considering most soil in the area is considered c type (means its rocky/sandy/and has been dug into at one point). type c soil requires a 1.5 to 1 benching rate, which means every 1 down the hole has to bench 1.5 foot out. a much bigger hole than most want in there yard next to there house lol. you could tell your boss that you want to take our competent person course which will put an osha inspector at ease to have on the jobsite. 314 729 0003, and ask about the competent person courses.STLMUGEN;274089 wrote:OSHA no one to play with,3 weeks ago they stop by my jopsite & find a hole that 4'4" deep no ladder, back benching & Some one in it,, opps on my part.
not trying to advertise or anything, just trying to help out a brotha. I dont make commission, its just a good course on soil analysis, and ive been to jobsites where the shores have saved guys lives.
