You would have to see it in person. The pictures don't really do the color justice. Its more dark in person. I will post another iphone pic i took that kind of shows the color more.

Okay here is a shitty iphone picture. It doesn't do any justice to the color either but you can see how it changes in different lighting.

lol. I wasn't aware that it was a big deal. how hard is to mask off the fresh paint? I was thinking it would be a fairly easy job to get done.

Gonna be a pain in the ass, shouldve jambed it first. Would have saved you a ton of time and work.

The bay, not so much of a big deal. But you should have jambed it first. Honestly itales no sense to me why a painter would do the exterior and not the jambs. It's as simple as taking the doors off and taping off the interior and spraying everything at once, and doing a color change I would expect the doors were already off. It's just assbackwards to do the jambs last lol

heres the situation.

I was originally going to paint the whole car myself. I think i have a lot of experience but i'm no professional. I finished all the body work and had my friends dad spray the color and the clear.

They wanted to much to do the jams so i figured i would do it myself.
Thats why i'm doing it last.
I really dont think its going to be that hard. Im just going to tape off everything. Shouldnt take long at all unless im missing something here lol.

Make sure you blend or you are going to have hard lines ;)

Just out of curiosity, did they spray the car with the doors and trunk lid on?
