Unfortunately Tru Mfg is an in demand job for people with only high school education. I've applied a coupe times now.

I would say go to a temp agency. That is how I got the job I am at now. Post your resume on monster.com, and be proactive. That is all the advice I have to offer.

As far as I know all but 1 stayed and he only left because he got a better offer. I agree it's a crappy job but for people struggling to find a job, it's a job and income coming in.Potts1;271874 wrote:Did any of them stay? Are you still in high school? Or are you saying they won't hire anyone with a college education? I think I confused myself lol.luthoro;271882 wrote:Unfortunately Tru Mfg is an in demand job for people with only high school education. I've applied a coupe times now.

lol no I graduated back in 07. I just don't have any education after that. So the list of jobs I am qualified for is, unfortunately, limited. Tru Mfg is one of the few that hires people without college education and actually pays decent, but because of that its very in demand with people who don't have a college education.

if you are willing to go over the road trucking at a school, you might as well join the military. I got my cdl from the military, and now i get my associates and some of my bachelors paid for. Its nice. Id say join the air force tho, i hated army
