Yea it's like mid sept, I read the flyer tonight.

What protein does anybody use? I take syntha 6 right now. I know there's a few better but I can't stomach the taste.

Bolthouse farms chocolate protein is the shit. a mix of whey and soy. Best ive ever tasted. Tthat and about 4 chicken breasts and some skim milk keep me over the 220g of protein i take in a day
