powerlifting, and used to do lightweight strongman comps. Ive bested 320 bench, 490 dead, and 532 squat at 175lbs. Now im married i just go to keep in shape mostly. Oh and i also love big asses

You bench more than me. My one rep max was 300lbs once. Training by myself I don't get to go heavy due to no spotter :angry7:

-computers (building, programming)
-video games (playing and writing)
-music (listen to most kinds; some old school rock, modern alternative, rap, horrorcore, or country depending on my mood)
-writing (working on a couple novels and some short fanfics based on a few TV shows)
-reading (fantasy, SciFi, horror)
-also a big movie and TV show person (SciFi is my favorite, also like horror, comedy, etc)

lift with us, hell i'm doing 315 sucka. thinking about doing a strongman contest in sept, lance(ians dad) is setting it up.

i fight, 2nd degree black belt in tae kwon do, also in karate, am a retired muay thai kickboxer and american kickboxer. wife doesn't want me fighting anymore so i had to retire

i still train people in my extra time. other than that i just lift weights now.

Ha! my wife was a dancer since she was about 4 too. She did ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, and point. She won a few competitions at siue when she attended. If im thinking of the right steph here, I put on a set of coilovers for your prelude at my buddy tonys in about 2003 or 2004 in lebanon il....... I used to have a red sr20det 240sx before everyone else did. Small world

again small world! I used to train strongman stuff with ian and lance, and after i stopped hanging out with them did a few meets in north carolina and placed 4th in a few. (not bad considering i was a 175lb guy competing with the" lightweight" 205ers and up. Ian and lance darr are the guys that got my squat past 315. Two of the nicest guys ever.......Ive lost touch with em since i moved out in missouri and havent seen em in about 3 years. Tell em little ricky said whats up! Ive since really given up heavy as i cant afford to hurt myself again. (Im getting back surgery nexy year) and i dont have anyone to do it with. Ian is a great kid and has always been crazy strong with no juice! Ive seen him incline 505 for reps after a heavy upper body day.
