quitting smoking

Anyone have any thoughts on the subject? I have been trying to quit for two weeks now.

i quit for a while along time ago. of course i picked it back up again. i used a ton of candy to get the job done. every time i wanted a cig i popped a candy lol. might not work for all but it did for me.

your only going to quit if you want to, find a really good reason to make you want to. i quit when my daughter was born, before that i had been trying to quit for years. when i finally quit i just didnt buy anymore, cold turkey didnt try any patches or anything like it. i was committed and just made it happen.

i quit for a long time. cold turkey is the best, just throw away your pack no matter how full it is and dont buy no more. when people say "when this pack is down im down" that just dont work

I've quit a few times but really stressful situations and I always go back. Chantix works really well, if you can afford it. You are supposed to smoke the first week while taking it and by the end of the week I didn't even want to smoke.

But it made me grumpy. Pms x654895132546

I've heard terrible things about Chantrix. Awful nightmares and such.

I'm trying to quit using Snus right now so I can buy life insurance; it is tough.

I didn't have nightmares but I had vivid dreams. The dr. is supposed to confirm you are mentally stable before prescribing it lol I only took it for a monto because it made me snap at everyone.
