There are apartments that are based on income. Look up section 8 housing

Section 8 is no longer accepting any new applicants. Section 8 vouching has been shut down indefinitely. So basically if you don't already have section 8, there is no way to get it.

hidden valley in wentzville, and fox hill apartments in st.charles are personal owned based income housing. so there is still a chance. i know friends who live in both and took them less than a month to get all thier paper work in order, signed and moved in

lol unemployment is for those that had a job and got laid off.
not those that never had a job or had a job and got fired for being bad
