Shit, im probably too slow to need a helmet, isnt that 12.9? I have 4 though. lol

the new owner owns 2 other tracks, including daytona international, and one in tn. from what i've gather. word of mouth.
but i heard they've cleaning the track and somwhere outthere, they have a schedule for upcoming events, but i did hear about reopening in aug tho

it would be awesome if they could squeeze in a PDX on the infield of the oval before the season ends. i don't wanna drive far for my first one.

Helmets were at 13.99 and faster.....least that is what they always told me.

I went low 11s all year with no cage, and they never said anything. Didnt mean I wasnt supposed too. lol

well...shi....

They told me I needed a helmet in my purple civic when it "broke into" the 13s.

And I'm pretty sure they go by nhra standards for the most part (whether they enforce it is another deal).

"any car running 14.00 and quicker in the 1/4 mile requires a Snell K98 or 2000 or newer OR SFI 41.1A helmet"

its 13.99 or faster will need a helmet but ive seen many thats goes well low 12s without one..
