I Hate going to GIR. I've been 3 times and my car has been keyed, backed into and window smashed. I avoid that place like a plague.

Cool thing is, I need no safety equipment for the Genesis. lol

Actually now that I think about it, I know they put a ton of BS rules about cars with aftermarket turbos, did the do anything about cars with stock turbos?

fire jacket...thats about it, they didn't enforce it though.

I thought cars that came stock with turbo, nitrous or supercharger didnt need anything special per NHRA rules. I could be remembering wrong. It was cars that didnt come stock with them that needed the fire jacket.

yeah! i cant even tell you how many times ive gone up there and my car breaks! the old owners had some serious problems. really man?

yes. after the 3rd or 4th "ill let you go this time but next time..." i bought a fire jacket. then only one time after years of that i got yelled at that if im going to run again i need a helmet.
