How much would you pay? (240 owners step in!!)

I bought my s13 for 4k and it has a built sr20 and the body isn't near as rough as this one. This guys mod list seems to be a lot of little stuff and a lot of normal wear and tear maintenance stuff. I was looking at the rear and that trunk and bumper doesn't line up great and the mismatched paint makes me think it's been hit. IMO, I've seen much better in the $2500-$4000 range.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, I'm going to make an offer on it after class this afternoon. I've been looking around for local 240's but cant find to much out there. Is there a local 240 or local drift forum kind of like STLHondas?
